Services in a Changed World" is the theme for this year's Government
Technology Executive Leadership forum, coming to Lexington's Embassy
Suites April
23-24. Keynote speaker for the event will be Phil Burgess, Senior Fellow
and Trustee for the Center for the New West, a Denver-based think tank
that advocates innovative approaches to solving economic problems. Mr.
Burgess will speak on Trends and Issues in the Digital Culture.
