Louisville Celebrates Black Family Technology Awareness Week

"Community Solutions to the Digital Divide” (CSDD) is Louisville’s community-wide technology awareness campaign that features special events to be held February 10 through 16, 2002, during National Black Family Technology Awareness Week (NBFTAW). The producers and sponsors of CSDD will target and reach families of Louisville's predominately African American Empowerment Zone neighborhoods, with a series of activities that follow the NBFTAW agenda. Our program goal involves working with local churches, schools, housing communities, community organizations, businesses and media to host events, promote technology awareness, and facilitate solutions for bridging the “digital divide”.
