Fletcher's Budget Highlights Technology Projects

When
Governor Fletcher announced his budget in late January, it
featured financial support for a number of important technology
projects across the Commonwealth.
According to Governor Fletcher, "This budget reflects
a streamlined government. It gives us the technology and modern
management tools we need so that our government can do more
with less."
Among those areas of the budget that show financial support

- Upgrading
the Commonwealth's Personnel Payroll System

Kentucky's Emergency Warning System (KEWS)
- Develop
a Streamlined Sales Tax Simplification System
- Upgrade
for Kentucky All Schedule Prescription Electronic Reporting
(KASPER)
