ClickHR Hits a Home Run with Commonwealth Employees

ClickHR logoThe Personnel Cabinet and the Governor's Office for Technology were pretty sure that Commonwealth employees would like having instant and secure Web access to information about their health insurance coverage, dependents, life insurance coverage, paystub information, and leave balance totals. That's why they launched ClickHR this past fall, Kentucky’s Employee Self Service System. But they had no idea it would be this popular! In fact, as of March 1, 2002, ClickHR has received over 2.5 million hits!

Only 4 states currently offer electronic paystubs to their employees. Kentucky’s ClickHR offers this, plus several additional useful electronic services. Kentucky is
one of the first states in the nation to get an employee self service system up and running. You can get to ClickHR by going to the Commonwealth's home page, www.kydirect.net and clicking on the link for KYEmployees at the bottom. Once there, the ClickHR logo is right on the front page!
