Attention Commonwealth Employees: KYCARES Needs Your Help!

Earlier this week, Larry Doyle picked up the phone in his office in the Governor's Office for Technology. On the other end of the line was someone calling from the Federal government in Washington D.C. KYCARES LogoThey had heard about an innovative Commonwealth Web site called KYCARES.net, and they wanted to talk about the possibility of doing a similar version for the Federal government. Larry was thrilled about the idea of KYCARES being a national model. But he also made it clear to the caller that KYCARES is currently facing a huge challenge.
