Finance Moves Contract Review to
the Web
Kentucky's
Finance Cabinet just released a new Website to increase the efficiency
of reviewing contracts. The Contract
Management Review Website is provided as a means to report
on the Personal Service Contracts and Memorandum of Agreement
Contracts that the Commonwealth issues. 
The new site replaces a less effective system within the Procurement
Desktop software to list discrepancies with a contract. The Office
of Technology Services, an agency within the Finance & Administration
Cabinet, developed this website. Working with the Division for
Material and Procurement Services and the Customer Resource Center
the Office of Technology Services worked for two months on the
project.
The Customer Resource Center has had classes to teach the statewide
contract administrators how to use the website.
