Digital Government Summit begins November 8

Gov.
Ernie Fletcher and the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT)
are happy to welcome the fourth annual Kentucky Digital Government
Summit, taking place Nov. 8 and 9 at the Embassy Suites in
Lexington. The summit, sponsored by Government Technology Magazine,
gathers together government leaders and technology decision makers
from state and local government to discuss the latest information
technologies, solutions and collaboration.

"The
Kentucky Digital Government Summit is the perfect forum for sharing
ideas and discovering best practices to improve efficiency in
Kentucky," said Mike Inman, COT's Commissioner. "Participation
from all levels of government and from the private sector will
help us fine tune our plan to use IT to improve how we operate
state government and how we offer services to our customers."
